Doorstep Dysphagia Diagnostics was created by Tara Collins in 2019
As a treating speech language pathologist, who saw the value in providing instrumental swallow assessments to her patients.
We are a mobile swallow study provider specializing in the use of FEES (Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing) to diagnose swallowing disorders. Our mission is to provide a cost-effective and accessible way to give your patients the gold standard in swallowing diagnostics.

Establish a contract between your facility and Doorstep Dysphagia Diagnostics (DDD).
How it Works

Obtain a physician’s order for the procedure (i.e., "FEES procedure for Dysphagia.").

Provide a consent form to the patient (provided by DDD).
Once you have completed all these steps, DDD will contact you within 24 hours and schedule a FEES appointment within 1-2 business days. On the day of the procedure, DDD will complete a detailed diagnostic report, including PO recommendations, therapeutic strategies, therapy suggestions, and potential referral recommendations. DDD will provide an invoice for billed services to your facility on the same day of service.
