1) Establish a contract between your facility and Doorstep Dysphagia Diagnostics (DDD).
2) Obtain a physician’s order for the procedure (i.e., "FEES procedure for Dysphagia.").
3) Provide a consent form to the patient (provided by DDD).
4) Send an email or call to request an appointment.
Once you have completed all these steps, DDD will contact you within 24 hours and schedule a FEES appointment within 1-2 business days. On the day of the procedure, DDD will complete a detailed diagnostic report, including PO recommendations, therapeutic strategies, therapy suggestions, and potential referral recommendations. DDD will provide an invoice for billed services to your facility on the same day of service.
